Privacy Policy

CrapsTracker Pro+ ("the App", "we", "us") is a personal analytics tool for tracking craps dice sessions. This policy explains what information the App handles and how your data is treated. We designed the App to be privacy-first: we do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data, and everything you enter stays on your device.
1. Data We Collect
The App does not require an account and does not collect personal information such as your name, email, or location. All content you create — sessions, rolls, dice sets, buy-ins, casino names, notes, and analytics — is entered by you and stored only on your device.
2. Where Your Data Is Stored
All of your data is saved locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not operate servers that receive, store, or process your session data. Your information never leaves your device unless you choose to export or share it (see Section 4).
3. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect analytics about your usage, we do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not include third-party tracking or advertising SDKs. The App does not sell or share your data with anyone, because we never receive it in the first place.
4. Exporting and Sharing
The App lets you export your data as PDF, Excel, CSV, or JSON files, and copy summaries to your clipboard. When you use these features, the resulting file or text is handled by your device's own share sheet, and you decide where it goes (email, messages, files, etc.). We are not involved in and do not receive a copy of anything you share.
5. Device Permissions and Sensors
The App may request access to your device's sharing and file features only when you actively choose to export or share data. It uses haptic feedback for a better experience, and reads the device's motion sensor solely to detect a shake gesture that dismisses celebration animations — this reading is processed on-device and never stored or transmitted. It does not access your camera, contacts, microphone, or location.
6. Deleting Your Data
Because all data is stored locally, you are always in full control. You can remove data at any time using the reset tools on the Data Management screen, or by deleting the App from your device, which permanently removes all associated data.
7. Children's Privacy
The App relates to casino dice games and is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
