These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of CrapsTracker Pro+ ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. What the App Is — and Is Not
CrapsTracker Pro+ is a personal statistics and data-tracking tool. It lets you record dice rolls, sessions, and related notes, and view analytics about the data you enter. The App is NOT a gambling product: it does not accept, hold, or pay out money or anything of value; it offers no wagering, betting, casino connectivity, or games of chance; and nothing you do in the App can win or lose you money. It is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
2. No Gambling Advice, No Guarantees
Statistics shown in the App (such as rolls, ratios, and trends) simply describe the data you entered. They are not predictions, betting systems, or gambling advice, and they do not improve your odds. Dice outcomes in regulated casino play are random, and past results do not predict future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make at a casino.
3. Intended for Adults
The App relates to a casino dice game and is intended for users of legal age in their jurisdiction (18+ in most places, 21+ where applicable). If gambling is a problem for you or someone you know, help is available — in the U.S., call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.
4. Follow the Rules Where You Play
You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction and the rules of any casino you visit. Many casinos restrict or prohibit phone use at live tables — always check and follow house rules. The App is well suited to practice sessions at home and to logging results after play.
5. Your Data and Backups
All data you enter is stored on your device (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for creating backups using the App's export tools. Resetting data in the App or deleting the App permanently erases your data, and we cannot recover it.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, graphics, and code, is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of statistics. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App — including, without limitation, gambling losses, lost data, or lost profits.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
